Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Many items ship directly from our brand and distribution partners' warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, weather and remote locations.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you work with the carrier.

Restricted items

Some products, such as certain knives, may be subject to state or local laws. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. We may cancel and refund orders we can't legally ship to your location.
